Chairman of the Board: Jeremy Coote
Jeremy Coote is Chief Executive Officer of InterComponentWare Inc., the North American subsidiary of ICW AG, a privately held German technology company providing a range of eHealth interoperability and connectivity solutions for healthcare providers, health plans and patients worldwide.
In 2007, Jeremy was recruited by ICW's Supervisory Board to form a sales and implementations team for the North American market and to develop inroads into opportunities for telemedicine, health data exchange, and personal health record sales. In late 2008, recognizing the global momentum for the creation of health information exchanges (HIEs), Jeremy led the effort on behalf of ICW to form a global strategic alliance with GE Healthcare. A partnership agreement was signed in April 2009. Jeremy's strong communication skills and ability to earn customer trust has been instrumental in the early success of the ICW/GE relationship.
Jeremy spent more than ten years (1988-1999) with technology powerhouse SAP, building a highly effective sales and delivery team, growing revenues nearly 2000% for SAP America, and ultimately serving as President of SAP North America. In addition to his achievements at SAP, prior to joining InterComponentWare Inc., Jeremy served as Vice President and General Manager of Siebel Systems (now Oracle) from 1999-2000, helping to accelerate the CRM software provider's North American market share and contributing significantly to its Fortune magazine distinction of "fastest growing company" in 1999.
In the early 2000s, Jeremy devoted his time to technology companies Chordiant Software and Manugistics, serving in executive leadership capacities and overseeing the strategic application of technology solutions to business issues. Jeremy continues to provide business strategy advice to nascent technology company executives.
Jeremy's career began in at the Raytheon Company, where he first served in corporate finance. He spent four years (1984-1988) with Telex Computer Products as Assistant to the President and then served as European Finance Manager, EUMEA, in Switzerland.
Jeremy graduated with Honors from Thames Polytechnic in London (now the University of Greenwich) with a B.A. in Business. Jeremy currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Episcopal Academy and Outward Bound of Philadelphia and is a member of the Chairman's Advisory Committee of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
Francis (Fran) Connolly
Francis (Fran) Connolly is the Founder of LMC Software Solutions. Mr. Connolly has 25 years of technical support and operations management in sophisticated information systems. Mr. Connolly is a skilled systems architect, developer and manager. Most recently he ran worldwide technical support for Siemens Corporation with support staffs in locations worldwide. He has a unique set of skills as he has been involved with outsourcing technology development to India since 1992. He has been described by the former CEO of SAP as a World Class support expert.
Mr. Connolly has held Senior Director level positions for multi-national companies in a range of technical development roles including support. Mr. Connolly was an integral part of a software development startup company in England for two years prior to the company being acquired by a US multi-national company resulting in his transfer to the US parent company in 1994. Mr. Connolly has over 10 year’s International business management experience working with offshore software development. Fran received his degree from Brunel University, London.
Glenn Porter
Glenn Porter has been involved with professional sales, sales management and marketing for thirty years. After leaving active duty from the Navy where he served on the USS Richard S. Edwards and USS Horne as Operations Officer in 1979 he went to work for Satellite Business Systems that was partially owned by IBM. He joined the sales support team where he trained the national sales force then he joined the professional sales effort supporting such accounts as Ford, Hercules Chemical and Citi Bank.
Mr. Porter joined IBM in major account sales with accounts such as Peco, Conrail, and IMS America. After leaving IBM he served in a variety of sales functions in startup companies most notably Cascade Communications. He has been active in the Mid-Atlantic venture community and the Association of Corporate Growth. Today Mr. Porter is Vice President of Sales for LMC Software Solutions.
He is resident expert and writer for www.forbes.com on topics regarding sales and selling. Prior to Forbes, his work has been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. He was a member of the Public Relations Committee of the www.unionleague.com. In this role he sponsored John Rowe, CEO of Exelon, Bill Donaldson former SEC Chairman, Jack Bogle Founder of Vanguard, Dr. Reg Carr, Director of Oxford Universities Bodleian Library and Ken Burns, Award winning documentary film maker in presentations and discussions.
Mr. Porter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and a MBA from the University of Hawaii.
Anthony (Tony) DeRenzi
Anthony (Tony) DeRenzi is LMC Software Solutions’ Principal Consultant of customer implementation. LMC is a software company which, through their Enterprise Technical Support Center platform, enables customers to deliver “ilities”, commonly known in the I.T. field as non-functional requirements. An expert in workflow optimization through custom application development, Anthony brings clarity through project management and is often required to roll up his own sleeves to help foster team success.
A former manager at T-Mobile, Mr. DeRenzi was the leader of a software development team providing custom-built, business-critical, enterprise applications. The team’s effort realized the goals of integrating vendor interfaces (like the Convergys’ billing system), maximizing process productivity, and providing a streamlined customer experience. During his tenure, he received recognition for his leadership in the implementation of the Ericsson Prepaid project, Online Credit-Checks, and automated Rate-Plan Migrations and Activations.
Mr. DeRenzi has spent 15 years creating supporting material for software-to-market launches for technology companies. Anthony began his career at Bentley Systems delivering rich media experiences to help promote MicroStation and Bentley’s suite of products in his role as Technical Marketing Manager.
Mr. DeRenzi received his bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University, PA, with a concentration in Computer Graphics and is working towards his MBA. He is certified as an Agile/Scrum Master. He is also an adult leader for the Boy Scouts of America.
